​I have over 25 years of specialized business experience in various industries and organizations across the United States and overseas.  Organizations varying in size from over 3b in revenue to 250m.  Industries vary from utility to electrical construction, from engineering and manufacturing to medical and chemical.  Level of partnership experience includes coaching and developing C-Suite level to private business owner.

Proven skills and comptencies includes: M&A, launching HR for newly formed companies, stabilizing a volatile HR climate, developing company vision and strategy, optimizing the employee experience, among others.  Competencies include scaling HR Operations, Talent Architecture & Talent Management, creating AI ethics and inclusion, organizational development and design, communication, understanding your customer, agile business development, market strategy, analyzing the business market, employee hiring and development, just to name a few.
