After successfully launching HR startups and re-inventions, I have taken my specialty areas and formed my own PE HR consulting company called Amalgamate Partners. My mission is helping PE companies in low to mid-sized markets create a lasting HR experience that enables funding, efficient M&A transaction, talent enrichment, stronger portfolio partnership, risk mitigation, empowerment and success. Specialization areas include M&A, HR Valuation Analysis, Talent Architecture, Talent Management, HR Operations, Communication Strategy and Change Management, AI Ethics. Partnership can be retained or project based scaled to meet the needs of the client and their business.

Along with HR competency, I bring financial acumen having spent the past 10 years partnering with CFO, controllers and PE ownership teams.
