After successfully launching HR startups and re-inventions, I have taken my specialty areas and formed my own Human Capital business partnership company called Amalgamate Partners. My mission is partnering with Founders and Private Equity groups looking to maximize their EBITDA, introduce operational value proposition leading to enhanced QofE and Valuation, enriching their talent strategy, and reimagine organizational effectiveness. Through a robust Human Capital platform we build the operational, organizational, and talent foundations that enable companies to grow sustainably.
I bring over 25 years of Human Capital experience. My career began working with Fortune 500 companies and later shifted to innovative Private Equity backed companies, Startups, and Founders. My industry knowledge is international and includes: aerospace and defense, clean energy, utility, heavy industrial, Lean manufacturing, chemical, services, and AI. Starting with Fortune 500, each position was either transformational or startup-related. I have completed 3 complete life cycle M&A deals totaling 3.5B.
Amalgamate Partners aligns HR and business objectives to cultivate the right platform, design, talent, and culture for sustained growth. Along with HR competency, I bring financial acumen having spent the past 10 years partnering with Founders, CEO, CFO, and PE ownership teams. I value the relationship HR has to CEO, CFO, CIO, COO and the ELT. I specialize in areas related to finance including M&A, KPI generation, workforce planning (budgeting), and risk mitigation.
